During my time at Daklapack, I had the privilege of spearheading the design of webshops and a customer portal, contributing to the company's digital transformation and enhancing its online presence. As a designer, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop user-friendly interfaces that seamlessly integrated with Daklapack's existing systems and processes.

By prioritizing user experience and accessibility, I ensured that the webshops and customer portal provided intuitive navigation and functionality for both customers and internal stakeholders. Through iterative design iterations and user feedback, we refined the platforms to align with Daklapack's branding and meet the evolving needs of its clientele. Ultimately, my time at Daklapack was characterized by innovation, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in digital design.
Customer Portal
At Daklapack, I had the opportunity to lead the design of a customer portal tailored specifically to meet the needs of bulk-buying customers. This customer portal was designed to provide a seamless and efficient experience for customers who frequently place large orders and need to monitor the status of their purchases. With a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation, the portal empowered customers to easily access real-time updates on their orders, from placement to delivery. Additionally, the portal streamlined the re-ordering process, allowing customers to quickly replicate previous orders with just a few clicks.

Furthermore, customers had the flexibility to modify or cancel orders as needed, ensuring a hassle-free experience that catered to their unique requirements. By prioritizing usability and functionality, the customer portal became an invaluable tool for Daklapack's bulk-buying clientele, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
Webshops
During my tenure at Daklapack, I took on the exciting challenge of designing two E-Commerce websites: "How Are You Diagnostics" (HAY) and "Daklapack Europe." These websites represent significant endeavors for Daklapack, as they aim to cater to both B2B and B2C customers. HAY is an innovative platform focused on medical self-testing and related services, offering users convenient access to a range of diagnostic products.

On the other hand, Daklapack Europe serves as the primary hub for Daklapack's extensive packaging manufacturing services, solidifying its position as a leading provider in the European market. Both websites are currently under development, with a keen emphasis on user experience and functionality to ensure seamless navigation and optimal performance for customers across various sectors. As Daklapack continues to expand its digital footprint, these E-Commerce platforms will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and driving growth in their respective industries.
Design
